Position Overview:

As a Social Media Assistant, you will immerse yourself in the vibrant world of social media platforms. You’ll collaborate with our seasoned team of social media strategists, bringing fresh content to life and ensuring our clients maintain a compelling and consistent online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in curating, creating, and scheduling engaging content across various social platforms.
  2. Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and user feedback.
  3. Help in executing social media campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives.
  4. Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop visuals and posts that resonate with the target audience.
  5. Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  6. Analyze and report on key social media metrics, including engagement rate, follower growth, and more.
  7. Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and algorithms.

Qualifications

  1. A fundamental understanding of major social media platforms and their nuances.
  2. Experience with social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  3. Strong creative writing skills with an eye for design aesthetics.
  4. An analytical mindset to draw insights from engagement metrics.
  5. Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
  6. A collaborative spirit with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Optional: Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
